Hey, I'm Courtney!
I'm the face behind The Crafty Brick. I have always loved to design and make special homemade items for my home and for others. For the past 17 years I've been a stay at home mom and during that time I've had many different jobs. Some of those include preschool teacher, bookkeeper, starting multiple businesses and most recently a personal trainer. In 2019 I realized the jobs I had done previously never really filled the creative space where I loved to reside. Yet, I also had self doubt and didn't know if people would really be interested in purchasing my items if I sold them. In the fall of 2019 I decided that I would take the leap and start The Crafty Brick. That was the best business decision I have made so far. It has been such a dream to make my customers' visions come to life. I wake up every day and am excited to work. I look forward to making many more creations in the years to come.

I love my necklace. The chain is the perfect length and looks great when I wear it. It definitely is a conversation starter as many people have asked me where I got it and how to actually see what it says. I love it. I'll be a return customer for sure.
I'll have to admit that my purchases were initially because they were really " nice looking pieces". It wasn't until I got them, had them in my hand and read the Mirrored Mindset concept did i really appreciate the pieces. They were more than appropriate as gifts for my granddaughters and nieces. As best I could we discussed MIRRORED MINDSET
Really love how thick the necklace is. Shipping was quick, love the added mirror. Can’t wait to add more plates to my collection. It’s such a cute way to see your positive affirmations daily.
I loved Courtney's Class. It was like a live where I could see everything that she was doing and I was able to ask questions and get clarification. I loved that the class was smaller and she was able to focus on the specific things that I wanted to learn even though it may not have been on her curriculum. She was very flexible and as a new user I learned everything that I needed to know about Juliet and LDS to be successful. I also purchased the replay so that I will have access to watch as many times as I like. If you are on the thinking about taking the class, go for it, you won't regret it. Thanks Courtney!

It was a great introduction to the software, I am going to use my Romeo and tthis will be a great help, wondering if you are going to add a class that will allow us to interact using the machine

I’m not a Cricut crafter, but I do hand lettering, mixed media, knitting, crocheting and cross stitch. I loved and purchased similar items to what was recommended for storage and organizing. Some of the ideas were way out of my budget, like the dream box, but many others were more affordable like lazy susan. I will gradually incorporate these new items in with what I already have to better sort, organize and store my supplies. I highly recommend this summit for any artist or crafter!
